Essential Ingredients
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
- 🐟 1 can (100g) of canned tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- A small amount of mayonnaise
- A small amount of cooking oil
Tuna Seasoning
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
Onion Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
Optional Ingredients
- A small amount of chopped green onion

Slice the onion and drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Mix the drained tuna with the tuna seasoning ingredients.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and scramble the eggs.
In the same pan, add cooking oil and sauté the sliced onion until translucent. Add the onion seasoning ingredients and cook until well combined.
Assemble the dish by placing the scrambled eggs, seasoned onions, and tuna on top of the rice. Garnish with mayonnaise and chopped green onion.
