Essential Ingredients
- 20 perilla leaves
- 🍚 3 servings of cooked rice
Wrap Sauce
- 🐟 1 can of tuna
- 0.5 tbsp doenjang
- 0.5 tbsp ssamjang
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of ground pepper
手順
Wash perilla leaves thoroughly and remove stems.
Blanch perilla leaves in boiling water for 5 seconds, then cool in cold water.
Drain water from the leaves and gently squeeze out excess moisture.
Prepare the tuna sauce by mixing tuna, doenjang, ssamjang, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and ground pepper.
Mix cooked rice with sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds.
Place a small amount of tuna sauce and rice on the back of each perilla leaf.
Wrap the leaf around the filling, folding sides and rolling tightly.
Arrange wraps neatly on a plate and serve.
