- 🐟 1 can (200g) canned tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 9 perilla leaves, finely chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 2-3 dashes black pepper
- 5-6 tbsp flour
手順
Finely chop the perilla leaves, bell pepper, and onion. Pat dry with a paper towel if they release moisture.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna and place it in a bowl.
Add 1 egg, black pepper, and 5-6 tbsp of flour to the tuna. Mix until the mixture holds together.
Shape the mixture into 3 round patties using gloves. Flatten slightly to avoid breaking during cooking.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook the patties until golden brown on one side, then flip carefully.
Serve with tonkatsu sauce or ketchup. Enjoy as is or with your preferred dipping sauce.
