Tuna Tofu Kimchi
- 1 block tofu
- 1 bowl kimchi
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 can tuna (150g)
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 3 chili peppers
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoned Soft Tofu
- 1 block soft tofu
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 chili pepper
- 🧅 5 cm green onion
手順
Mix chili pepper, green onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, water, chili powder, sugar, and sesame oil to create the seasoning sauce.
Place the soft tofu on a plate and generously pour the seasoning sauce over it.
Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion and chili peppers.
Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a pan, add kimchi, chili powder, and sugar, and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add water to cover the kimchi and boil on high heat until the liquid reduces by half.
Add green onion and chili peppers, and continue cooking until the liquid is almost gone.
Add drained tuna and stir for 10 seconds to combine.
