- 🥩 300g sliced beef for bulgogi
Vegetables
- 🥕 A small amount of julienned carrot
- 7–8 perilla leaves
- 🧄 6–7 cloves of garlic
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 2–3 pinches of salt
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A small amount of sesame seeds
手順
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces suitable for stir-frying.
Slice garlic cloves into 2–3 pieces each.
Julienne the carrot using a grater or knife.
Wash the perilla leaves thoroughly and pat dry before slicing.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the sliced garlic for 1–2 minutes.
Add the beef to the pan, season with salt and cooking wine, and stir-fry until almost cooked.
Add the julienned carrot and sliced perilla leaves, and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
