- 🥔 160 g potato
- 🥒 40 g zucchini
- 🥦 40 g broccoli
- 20 g celery
- 🥕 20 g carrot
- 40 g cabbage
- 🧅 20 g onion
- 2 solid chicken stock cubes
- 4 cups water
Additional Ingredients
- 🍅 240 g tomato pasta sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 12 g canned peas
手順
Cut the potato, zucchini, celery, carrot, cabbage, and onion into 1x1 cm cubes. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and drain the canned peas.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the potato, zucchini, broccoli, celery, carrot, cabbage, onion, and peas, and stir-fry.
Once the onion becomes translucent, add water, chicken stock cubes, and bay leaves. Simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
When the vegetables are tender, add the tomato pasta sauce and simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
