Main Ingredients
- 2 sheets rice paper
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥕 1/5 carrot, chopped
- 🧅 1/5 green onion, chopped
- 4 slices ham
- 🧀 60g mozzarella cheese
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp cooking oil

Prepare all ingredients: chop carrot, green onion, and ham. Beat eggs if preferred.
Lightly grease a pan with 1/2 tbsp cooking oil and wipe excess with a paper towel.
Place a sheet of rice paper on the pan and turn on medium heat.
Pour half of the beaten egg mixture onto the rice paper.
Sprinkle chopped carrot and green onion over the egg.
Add ham slices and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Drizzle ketchup and mayonnaise over the toppings.
Fold the rice paper in half using two spatulas.
Flip and cook until both sides are golden and crispy.
Optionally, drizzle lime juice before serving.
