- 🧈 100g unsalted butter
- 🧂 100g sugar
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ☕ 3g instant coffee
- 🥛 1 tbsp hot milk
- 100g cake flour
- 🌰 20g almond flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 🌰 50g walnuts, chopped
手順
In a bowl, soften the butter and mix it with sugar until light and fluffy.
Gradually add beaten eggs to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Add vanilla extract and instant coffee dissolved in hot milk to the mixture and combine well.
Sift cake flour, almond flour, cinnamon powder, and baking powder into the mixture.
Fold the mixture gently until just combined, then add chopped walnuts and mix.
Pour the batter into two loaf pans (15cm x 8.5cm x 4.3cm), filling them 70% full, and smooth the tops.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30–35 minutes. After 10–15 minutes, make a 1cm deep slit down the center of each loaf for a clean split on top.
