Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥬 2 cups chopped kimchi
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🍬 0.5–1 tbsp sugar
Broth
- 500ml anchovy kelp stock
手順
Prepare 500ml of anchovy kelp stock or water. For convenience, use store-bought broth.
In a heated pan, sauté finely chopped kimchi and a can of tuna (including the oil).
Add 1 tbsp red pepper powder for spice and 0.5–1 tbsp sugar to balance the sourness. Stir-fry well.
Pour the anchovy kelp stock (or water) into the pan. If using water, season with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp fish sauce.
Add 1 bowl of cooked rice and simmer over medium-low heat for 7–8 minutes until the rice softens.
Crack 2 eggs, whisk them, and pour into the porridge. Stir gently and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve warm. Optionally, garnish with crushed seaweed and sesame seeds for extra flavor.
