Essential Ingredients
- 1 pack curry
- 120g chicken breast
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 800ml water
- 🌽 3 tbsp corn
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🍚 1 bowl rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 80g pizza cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
手順
Wash and dice chicken breast, potato, carrot, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a pan and sauté potato, carrot, onion, chicken breast, and corn with a pinch of pepper until 80% cooked.
Add water to the pan and stir in curry. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Place rice in a separate pan, cover with curry, top with an egg and pizza cheese. Cover and cook on low heat until cheese melts.
Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot.
