- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce

- 2 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds

Prepare the ingredients: 1/4 bunch of chives and 1 onion.
Prepare the seasoning: 1.5 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 2 tsp sesame seeds.
Slice the onion thinly.
Soak the sliced onion in cold water to reduce its pungency.
Cut the chives into 4 cm pieces.
Place the chives and onion in a large bowl and add the prepared seasoning.
Mix everything well until the vegetables are evenly coated with the seasoning.
