Essential Ingredients
- 1 serving somen noodles
- 🥒 1/5 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 cup yeolmu kimchi
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
