- 1 handful dried squid strips
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oligo syrup
- 0.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 💧 2 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut 1 handful of dried squid strips into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in hot water briefly while preparing the seasoning.
In a bowl, mix 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp oligo syrup, 0.5 tbsp mayonnaise, and 2 tbsp water until well combined.
Drain the squid strips without squeezing out the water. This helps retain their moisture.
Combine the squid strips with the prepared seasoning and mix thoroughly.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and poke 2-3 small holes with chopsticks. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave, mix again, and serve. Enjoy your spicy squid strips!
