- 1 piece (20g) aburaage
- 1 can (70g) tuna in water
- 50g mixed beans
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSOS
Wipe off the oil from the aburaage using a paper towel. Cut it in half along the short side, then cut into quarters along the long side.
Place the aburaage, canned tuna, mixed beans, and seasonings into a microwave-safe container. Lightly mix, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Stir to combine evenly.
