INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 4 green peppers (120g)
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion (55g)
- 2 tbsp dried seaweed
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/3 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Wash and slice the green peppers into thin strips.
Place the green peppers in a microwave-safe dish and heat for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
Finely chop the green onion and rehydrate the dried seaweed in water for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix salt, chicken stock powder, garlic paste, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
Combine the microwaved green peppers, chopped green onion, rehydrated seaweed, and sauce in a mixing bowl. Toss well to coat evenly.
