INGREDIENTES

- 12 rice cakes
- 6 strips of bacon
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut the bacon strips in half.
Blanch the rice cakes in boiling water for 30 seconds.
Place a rice cake on each bacon strip, roll it up, and skewer three rolls onto each stick.
Cook the bacon-wrapped rice cake skewers in an air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 8 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients in a pan and simmer on low heat until slightly thickened. Brush the sauce onto the skewers.
Optional: Garnish with mustard sauce or crushed peanuts before serving.
