INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 400g potatoes
- 1/2 block tofu
- 1 small can of ham
- A small amount of olive oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in a pot with 1 cup of water and 1/4 tsp of salt until fully cooked.
While the potatoes are boiling, remove excess water from the tofu using a cloth or paper towel.
Finely chop or mash the canned ham.
Mash the boiled potatoes while they are still hot.
Mix the mashed potatoes with tofu, ham, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Shape the mixture into bite-sized pieces.
Brush the pieces with olive oil and place them in the air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 10 minutes, then flip and cook at 200°C for 5 minutes.
Serve the dish warm. It is soft and delicious, perfect as a snack or part of a diet meal plan.
