INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🥓 70g block bacon
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 100g shungiku (1/2 bag)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSOS
Cut shungiku into halves, separating leaves and stems. Slice thick stems diagonally into thin pieces. Halve garlic lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut block bacon into 1cm wide pieces, then further slice into 1cm cubes. Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add bacon and octopus, cooking until heated through. Add shungiku and simmer briefly until wilted.
