- 🐟 100g albacore tuna sashimi
Vegetables
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes, diced
- 🥒 1/4 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/3 tsp wasabi
PASSOS
Slice the albacore tuna thinly. Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, and wasabi in a bowl to create the sauce.
Arrange the tuna slices on a plate. Surround with kaiware sprouts, and scatter the diced tomatoes and cucumber. Drizzle the sauce over the dish.
