INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 100g thinly sliced amberjack
Vegetables
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 🥬 20g torn lettuce
Condiments
- 🍯 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 4 basil leaves, torn
PASSOS
Thinly slice the amberjack. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cherry tomatoes in a container and drizzle with honey. Let sit for 5 minutes.
