INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (200g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp aonori (seaweed powder)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
PASSOS
Cut potatoes into small bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes.
Drain the tuna can and mince the onion. Soak the minced onion in water, then squeeze out excess moisture using kitchen paper.
While the potatoes are still hot, roughly mash them. Add tuna, onion, and the seasonings (salt, pepper, aonori, mayonnaise). Mix well.
