INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 160g spaghetti (1.7mm)
Seafood
- 🦪 300g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 10g dried aosa seaweed
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 pinch chopped red chili
Oil
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
Liquids
- 50cc white wine
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Drizzle of olive oil
PASSOS
Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife. Purge the clams and scrub their shells. Rinse the dried aosa seaweed lightly with water and drain.
Boil a large pot of water, add salt, and cook the spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Reserve 50cc of the pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add red chili and clams, then pour in white wine. Cover and cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until the clams open.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix lightly. Add reserved pasta water, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and mix well. Stir in the aosa seaweed and combine thoroughly. Plate the pasta and drizzle with olive oil.
