- 🍎 1 apple

- 100g crab stick
Nuts
- 🌰 4 Brazil nuts
Condiments
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
PASSOS
Peel the cucumber with a peeler and slice it thinly. Slice the apple into thin strips and shred the crab sticks along their fibers.
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Crush the Brazil nuts and add them to the bowl. Add mayonnaise, plain yogurt, and oligosaccharide, then mix well.
Serve the salad in a bowl. Optionally, use it as a filling for sandwiches for a delicious twist.
