INGREDIENTES
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦪 100g clams
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 🧈 8g salted butter
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Boil a pot of water and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add shimeji mushrooms and sauté over medium heat for about 1 minute.
Add clams and sake to the pan. Cover and steam over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until the clams open.
Add the cooked spaghetti, butter, and salt and pepper to the pan. Mix well to combine.
