- 2 tbsp dried shirasu

- 1 piece ginger, julienned

- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Heat a pot with sake, sugar, soy sauce, and ginger until boiling. Add clams and dried shirasu, then simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Remove the clams and continue simmering the remaining liquid over low heat until thickened. Return the clams to the pot and coat them in the sauce.
