- 100g asatsuki
Seasoning
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp miso
PASSOS
Trim the roots of the asatsuki.
Boil water in a pot, add the asatsuki, and cook on medium heat for about 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out excess water. Cut the boiled asatsuki into 3cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, vinegar, and miso). Add the boiled asatsuki and toss to combine.
