INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥬 4 leaves lettuce
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
PASSOS
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice cucumber diagonally into thin slices. Chop cilantro into 2cm pieces.
Cut chicken thigh in half lengthwise, season with salt and pepper, and massage. Let sit for 10 minutes. Place in a microwave-safe dish, add sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let rest covered for 2 minutes. Slice chicken into 1cm pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Arrange lettuce, cucumber, and chicken on a plate. Top with cilantro and drizzle sauce over.
