Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tablespoon concentrated soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 🌰 1/2 tablespoon ground sesame

Peel the bottom half of the asparagus stalks, trim the tough ends, and slice diagonally into 7mm pieces.

Place the asparagus in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain excess water.
