INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
Thickener
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
Fat
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Seasoning
- 💧 400ml water
- 🍷 2 tbsp red wine
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
PASSOS
Place all-purpose flour in a small pan and toast over low heat until light brown, stirring constantly. Remove and set aside.
Slice the onion thinly and trim the mushroom stems before slicing them.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, add sliced beef, and cook until the beef changes color.
Add sliced onion and mushrooms to the pan and sauté until softened.
Add the toasted flour to the pan and stir until no dry flour remains. Then add water, red wine, consomme, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
