PASSOS
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, peel the skin, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
In a pot, heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili over low heat until fragrant. Add the canned mackerel and simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add the avocado, stir gently, and cook briefly.
