Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter
PASSOS
Cut the avocado into 1.5cm cubes after removing the pit and skin. Mince the onion.
Mix avocado, minced onion, canned mackerel, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread butter evenly on the bread slices. Top with the avocado mixture and torn cheese slices. Bake in a toaster for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
