- 🥑 1 avocado
- 🍋 A dash of lemon juice
Sushi Rice
- 🍚 1 cup cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1.5 tsp salt
Salmon Tartar
- 🐟 70g salmon
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 3 shiso leaves, shredded
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
PASSOS
Slice the avocado thinly and coat with lemon juice.
Mince the onion, shred the shiso leaves, and finely chop the salmon.
Mix salmon, onion, shiso leaves, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and dashi powder in a bowl.
Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then mix with warm rice.
Spread sushi rice on a sheet of plastic wrap and layer avocado slices in a fan shape.
Cover with another sheet of plastic wrap and flip so the avocado is on the bottom.
Remove the top layer of plastic wrap, add salmon tartar, and shape into onigiri.
