INGREDIENTES

- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- seaweed flakes, as needed
- a pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- a pinch of ginger powder
PASSOS
Combine water, soy sauce, mirin, corn syrup, and ginger powder in a pan. Heat briefly to create the sauce. Avoid overcooking.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, peel, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Fry the egg sunny-side up, keeping the yolk slightly runny.
Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with the fried egg, avocado slices, and seaweed flakes.
Drizzle the prepared sauce over the dish and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
