PASSOS
Peel and pit the avocado, then slice it thinly.
Mince the green onion finely.
In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated garlic, chili paste, sesame seeds, and minced green onion.
Immerse the avocado slices in the mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
