- 1 tbsp sake
PASSOS
Cut the bacon and garlic chives into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the bacon. Once the bacon releases its oil, add the garlic chives and bean sprouts. Stir-fry until softened.
Add the mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sake to the pan. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates and the ingredients are well coated.
