- 🥓 6 slices of bacon
- 🧀 3 slices of cheese
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 🥕 1/2 cup diced carrot
- 🍄 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 🥒 1/2 cup diced zucchini
PASSOS
Chop the onion, carrot, mushroom, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the vegetables with a pinch of salt until softened.
Mix the sautéed vegetables with cooked rice and season with salt. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Cut the cheese slices into smaller pieces, slightly smaller than the bacon slices.
Shape the rice mixture into thumb-sized balls.
Place a piece of cheese and a rice ball on a slice of bacon, then roll tightly.
Place the rolled bacon seam-side down in a preheated frying pan.
Cook the bacon rolls on low heat until the bacon is crispy and the cheese has melted.
