- 12 shiso leaves
Wrapper
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Binder
- 1 tbsp flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Place 2 shiso leaves, 1 slice of bacon, and 1 folded slice of melting cheese on a spring roll wrapper. Roll from the edge and seal the end with a mixture of flour and water. Repeat to make 6 rolls.
Heat about 3cm of salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the rolls, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides.
