INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup kimchi
- 🥓 100g bacon
- 🍚 1.5 cups cooked rice
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Chop the bacon and kimchi into small pieces. Prepare 1 cup of kimchi and 100g of bacon.
Slice the green onion into thin pieces.
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and sauté the green onion until golden brown.
Add the chopped bacon to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chopped kimchi and 0.5 tbsp of sugar to the pan. Stir-fry until the kimchi turns translucent.
Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and add 0.5 tbsp of soy sauce. Let it sizzle before mixing with the other ingredients.
Add 1.5 cups of cooked rice to the pan and mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Fry an egg separately and place it on top of the fried rice.
Turn off the heat and add 1.5 tbsp of sesame oil to the fried rice. Mix well and serve.
