INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato, peeled and sliced
- 🥕 Adequate amount of carrot, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
Meat
- 🥓 3 strips of bacon, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Adequate amount of canola oil
PASSOS
Peel and slice the potato, then place it in a bowl.
Add 1/2 tsp of salt to the potato slices and mix well. Let it sit for a while.
Meanwhile, slice the bacon, carrot, and green chili.
Rinse the salted potato slices in water and drain thoroughly.
Place the potato, carrot, and green chili in a pan. Add salt to taste.
Add canola oil to the pan and stir-fry the ingredients.
When the potato is almost cooked, add the bacon and sesame seeds.
Stir-fry everything together until fully cooked and serve hot.
