INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥓 4 strips bacon
- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
PASSOS
Slice the onion, chop the cabbage into squares, cut the bacon into pieces, and finely chop the green onion.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl: chili powder, minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mirin, and corn syrup.
Heat a pan and cook the bacon until it releases its fat.
Add the cabbage and green onion to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
Finish by adding sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
Serve the stir-fried bacon mixture over a bowl of rice. Optionally, add sliced chili for extra spice.
