INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🍝 100g pasta
- 🥓 50g bacon
- 🥦 50g broccoli
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🧀 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 🍅 7 tbsp tomato sauce
- 🥛 1 cup milk
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- A pinch of parsley flakes
PASSOS
Boil water in a pot, add 0.5 tbsp salt, and cook the pasta for 8–10 minutes.
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan, add sliced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add bacon to the pan and cook until slightly crispy.
Pour in the milk and stir well.
Add tomato sauce to the pan and mix thoroughly.
Add a slice of cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and mix well.
If the sauce becomes too thick, adjust the consistency with additional milk.
Add broccoli and the cooked pasta to the pan, then toss everything together. Season with black pepper.
Plate the pasta and garnish with parsley flakes.
