INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 270g bean sprouts
- 3 heads bok choy
- 1 green onion
- 🧄 6 cloves garlic
Meat
- 🥓 220g bacon
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
PASSOS
Rinse the bean sprouts in cold water and drain them well.
Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces, halve the bok choy, slice the green onion, and thinly slice the garlic.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic and bacon.
Add the bean sprouts and bok choy to the pan.
Season with oyster sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of pepper.
Stir-fry until the bean sprouts are slightly wilted but still crunchy.
Garnish with sliced green onion and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
