INGREDIENTES

- 🥓 1 pack bacon
- 1 pack bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green onion
- 3 perilla leaves
PASSOS
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, gochujang, sugar, red pepper powder, and minced garlic.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and spread bean sprouts evenly.
Add sliced onions on top of the bean sprouts.
Place the bacon strips over the onions.
Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients, then add perilla leaves and chopped green onions.
Cook until the bacon is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender. Serve hot.
