INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 300g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green onion
- Chili peppers to taste
Meat
- 🥓 9 strips of bacon
Seasonings
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Sesame seeds for garnish
PASSOS
Cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces and prepare the onion and green onion.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic over low heat.
Add the onion and green onion to the pan and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
Add the bacon and chili peppers (optional) to the pan and stir-fry.
Once the bacon is slightly cooked, add the washed bean sprouts to the pan.
When the bean sprouts have softened, add oyster sauce and stir quickly. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
