INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 500g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 300g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 15 perilla leaves, halved
- 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp gochujang
PASSOS
Mix soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, sugar, red pepper flakes, and gochujang in a bowl to create the bulgogi sauce.
Prepare the vegetables: halve the perilla leaves, slice the onion, green onion, and green chilies, and wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Layer the bean sprouts and vegetables in a pan, then place the pork belly slices on top.
Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients in the pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are cooked and the flavors are well blended.
