INGREDIENTES

- 🐖 3 slices pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 2 handfuls shishito peppers
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 🧅 Some chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Cut shishito peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Slice garlic in half and chop green onion finely.
Mix soy sauce and mirin in a small bowl.
Season pork slices with black pepper and pan-fry until crispy on both sides.
Cut cooked pork into bite-sized pieces and add sliced garlic to the pan.
Add sugar and stir-fry until pork and garlic are well-coated.
Add green onion and minced garlic, stir-frying to remove any pork odor.
Pour the soy sauce and mirin mixture along the pan edges and let it boil briefly.
Add shishito peppers and stir-fry quickly to coat with sauce.
Finish with corn syrup and sesame seeds, mixing well.
