INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 450g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 block tofu
- 1 handful chopped green onion
- Chili peppers to taste
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp doenjang
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 0.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp cornstarch
PASSOS
Prepare chili peppers according to taste. If cornstarch is unavailable, adjust water consistency.
Heat cooking oil and sauté green onions to create green onion oil.
Add ground pork to the green onion oil and stir-fry until cooked.
Mix gochujang, doenjang, chili powder, soy sauce, and corn syrup into the pork and stir-fry quickly.
Add 1 to 1.5 cups of water and adjust seasoning as needed.
Add diced tofu and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add chili peppers and simmer until the sauce is reduced. Mix cornstarch with water and add to thicken.
Finish with sesame oil and serve over rice.
