INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 3 green chilies
- 🌱 Some green onion
- 1 can of spam
Seasonings
- 💧 2 cups water
- 1/3 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Some black pepper
- Some ginger powder
PASSOS
Prepare and chop all the ingredients.
Slice the potatoes and onions, then place them in a pot.
Add doenjang, gochujang, red chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic to the pot.
Blanch the spam in boiling water, mash it in a plastic bag, and add it to the pot.
Pour in 2 cups of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Slice the green onions and green chilies into small pieces.
Once the potatoes are cooked, add the green onions and green chilies, and let it simmer briefly.
