INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 eggplant, diced into 1cm cubes
Nuts
- 🌰 30g almonds, roughly chopped
Dairy
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/4 tsp herb salt
- Pinch of pepper
Topping
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Mince the onion, dice the eggplant into 1cm cubes, and roughly chop the almonds.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, minced onion, diced eggplant, and the seasonings (sake, herb salt, and pepper).
In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, dried parsley, and olive oil.
Grease a heatproof dish with butter, spread the meat mixture evenly, and top with the breadcrumb mixture and chopped almonds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
