    • 50cc sake
    • 100cc soy sauce
    • 300cc water

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add the pork, and sear for about 8 minutes until browned on all sides.

Add the seasonings (sugar, sake, soy sauce, water), green onion, ginger, and garlic to the pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Flip the pork, cover again, and simmer on low heat for another 20 minutes. Let it cool in the pot with the lid on.
